Daniel Rejman, (born in 1971), advocate, the member of the Czech Bar Association (evidence No. 4805)

During university studies he worked in a law firms Felix & spol., Prague (1994) and Luhan & spol., Lysa nad Labem (1994-1995) for a short period of time. After finishing his studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague (1995) he worked as a Junior Lawyer in the law firm Sodomka & Souček, Prague (1995-1999). He became an Advocate from 1.1.1999. After passing an advocate exam he worked as an advocate in the law firm above-mentioned and than he cooperated with the law firm Císař, Češka, Smutný a spol., Prague (1999-2002). In 2002 he founded his private law firm rendering legal service Czech and also foreign clients, entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs. He renders legal service in the following areas: commercial and company law, real property, investments and acquisitions, proceedings, management consulting. He is a member of the Czech Bar Association.

He intensified his knowledge by participation in various specialized seminars and conferences, from which is possible to mention “Trade Marks” ( 1996, Industrial Property Office in Prague), “Arbitration Proceedings (2000, The Czech Bar Association and The Chartered Institute of Arbitration from London) and “Joint-ventures” (2003, International Association of Lawyers and The Czech Bar Association).

Within his activities he also leads seminars focused on foreign investments, commercial law and export. In cooperation with his colleagues he prepared series of lectures “Legal minimum of exporters” for export agency CzechTrade in 2004. “Legal minimum of exporters” consists of full-day seminars on topics: “An access to foreign markets”, “Contractual relationship with a foreign party”, “Protection of intellectual property” and “Competition, customer, employees and disputes”. “Legal minimum of exporter” was realised also in 2005.

He participated in mediation educational programme which was organised by the Czech Bar association and the Brussels Bar Association (project of “European Experience in mediation and its implementation in the Czech legal environment“) and which was terminated by a mediation exam. He also deepens his mediation abilities within the course Business Mediation which was organized also by CBA. He participates in activities of ADR (Alternative dispute resolution) within CBA. He can speak Czech and English fluently.


Markéta Stárková, (born in 1982), advocate, the member of the Czech Bar Association (evidence No. 14060).

Permanently cooperating advocate (note – cooperation currently interrupted)

Before finishing studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague (2008) she worked as a paralegal for the law firm Prochazka Randl Kubr in Prague (2008) and than for the law firm Daniel Rejman since 2007 (as a Junior Lawyer since July 2008).

In 2009 she participated in a seminar which was organized by University of Nottingham. She also participated in seminars organized by CBA in cooperation with John Marshall Law School, which were dealing with American law (2009,2010). She renders legal service in the area of commercial, civil and labour law for Czech and foreign clients. In 2011 she passed advocate exams and she is the member of the CBA since 2012. She works as an advocate since 1.1.2012. In April 2012 she participated in the program Fair Trials International in Strasbourg dealing with the position of an advocate in the area of Human Rights and Criminal Agency. She can speak Czech, English and German language.
